Racing Bulls
The RB team definitely had an amazing weekend! Isack Hadjar achieved a stunning third place; the team’s first podium under this name. He qualified in P4, and raced well to benefit from Norris’ DNF and take the final space on the podium. Liam Lawson finished 12th outside of the points after a collision with Sainz.
Haas
A brilliant day for the Haas drivers as both got into the points. Sixth for Ollie Bearman, his best ever finish, while Esteban Ocon was good enough for tenth and the final point. These are valuable points for the Haas team.
Aston Martin
Both drivers did an amazing job; staying in the top ten and achieving a double points finish. Lance Stroll finished seventh and Fernando Alonso was right behind him in eighth.
Red Bull
The Red Bull teammates got into the points. Max Verstappen achieved a great second, but wasn’t happy with the car. His teammate, Yuki Tsunoda, took two points as he was bumped up to ninth following penalties to other drivers.

McLaren
Winning was meant to be for Oscar Piastri. He had a weekend that is becoming quite normal for his side of the McLaren garage. After keeping first place throughout the whole race, he secured another win. For Lando Norris, it wasn’t meant to be. A late mechanical failure led to his retirement from the race. The gap between the two drivers widens with this.
Mercedes
George Russell finished fourth. He hung on to Hadjar throughout the race, but was not quite quick enough to pass the young Frenchman. Kimi Antonelli did not fare so well, finishing P16 after colliding with Charles Leclerc. He received a penalty for this incident.
Williams
Alex Albon was able to get P5, a great result and valuable points. His teammate, Carlos Sainz, had a harder race. After a collision with Liam Lawson he was given a ten second penalty. He came home 13th.
Alpine
Pierre Gasly finished 17th. He didnt do much within the race and sadly stayed dead last. Franco Colapinto had a better race, finishing 11th. He was so close to getting his first points of the season.
Sauber
Nico Hulkenberg came home in P14, followed by his teammate Gabriel Bortoleto. The team didn’t move up the field as much as they would have liked.
Ferrari
A double retirement for Ferrari made it a weekend to forget. Lewis Hamilton came to a crashing stop on lap 23 as he took that high line into the banking, and dropped a rear wheel on the slippery white lines. He didn’t have time to save it, smashing straight into the wall. Charles Leclerc also retired from the race after a collision with Antonelli.
Next time these teams go racing in Monza. Join us next weekend to see who comes out on top!
