On the opposing side was VikkStar123 (Vikram Barn), who had originally hoped to join Señor Frogs’ team but was turned down by BurntChip. As a result, he formed his own rival lineup.

His team included several well-known creators and celebrities:

  • Khaby Lame (Khabane Lame)

What are they doing on the Evo Session

The Evo Session began with a qualifying round, in which all ten drivers took part in a 15-minute session. During this time, each driver had exclusive access to the Jeddah Circuit, allowing them to focus entirely on setting fast lap times.

This session was not only about getting comfortable with the new Gen3 Evo cars, but also about achieving the best possible performance. Every lap counted, as drivers aimed to post their quickest time.

Qualifying and Team Rankings

Once all ten drivers had completed their runs, they were ranked from fastest to slowest within their respective teams. The top four drivers from each team then advanced to the quarter-final Duels.

At the end of qualifying, the four fastest drivers from the Señor Frogs team advanced to the Duels. The four fastest drivers from Quickstar’s team secured places in the Duels.

The Duels Format

The Duels followed the standard Formula E format:

  • Two drivers, one from each team, competed head-to-head.
  • Each driver attempted to set the fastest lap.
  • The faster driver advanced to the next round.
  • Winners earned points for their team.

This knockout system continued through the quarter-finals, semi-finals, and final.

Trophies and Team Competition

The driver who reached the final and defeated their opponent won the Individual Winners Trophy. However, the event was not just about individual success. Both teams competed to accumulate the most points throughout the session. The team with the highest total score at the end claimed the Evo Sessions Winners Trophy. In this way, the Evo Session balanced personal achievement with team rivalry, making every lap and every duel crucial.

What happened on the day

Qualifying

The qualifying session showed that the fastest eight drivers went through. All five members of Señor Frogs made it to the duels, while three of the five drivers from the Quickstar team also qualified. Behzinga topped the timing sheets, and JUCA, Chip, WillNE, ArthurTV, Hartford, Hammond, and Lame advanced as well. Meanwhile, Browney and Klymenko were set to battle for five team points and to avoid being labeled the worst driver.

Quaterfinals

The quarterfinal duels were as follows: Behzinga faced Lame, JUCA went up against Hammond, WillNE competed against ArthurTV, and Chip raced Hartford. Since it was the duel stage, each driver had only one chance to set the fastest time.

Semifinals

Hammond was given a bye to the semifinals after JUCA, who was driving Dan Ticktum’s Cupra Kiro, suffered damage in a crash and was unable to continue. The semifinals were set with Behzinga facing Hammond, and the winners of Chip and WillNE competing in the other matchup.

Final

However, although Behzinga was scheduled to race Hammond in the semifinals, Hammond crashed Zane Maloney’s Lola Yamaha ABT car and was unable to continue. As a result, Behzinga advanced automatically. Chip reached the final after WillNE suffered technical issues with his gearbox at the final corner, but Will did a team play to allow Chip go to the final. The final then saw Behzinga face Chip. The winner was Chip.

The Ultimate Standout Señor Frogs or Quickstar

The winning team was Señor Frogs, and the winning driver was Chip, who defeated Behzinga. The wooden spoon went to Klymenko. As a result, Señor Frogs earned bragging rights over Quickstar.

Points

Señor Frogs – 18 points

Quickstar – 5 points
