Two of motorsport’s biggest events are just around the corner: the Canadian Grand Prix in Formula 1 and the Indianapolis 500 in IndyCar. Whether you’re following the high-speed street battles in Montreal or the 500-mile spectacle at Indianapolis, this guide will help you know exactly when and where to watch all the action live. Read it carefully so you don’t miss a minute of the action.
Canadian GP: when and where to watch
Formula 1 is on again this coming week with the Canadian Grand Prix, after after a long three-week break. Kimi Antonelli arrives in Canada leading the championship after a dominant start to the season, but the internal Mercedes battle with George Russell could flare up again in Montréal.
Behind them, however, the picture is far from settled: McLaren have brought key upgrades to the Miami GP and will do so again in Canada. The team is hoping to turn them into a real step forward, with Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri ready to close the gap and re-enter the fight at the front and battle for the championship. Will Ferrari be watching from the sidelines while waiting for the ADUO in June?

Indy 500: Schedule and how to watch
The Indianapolis 500 once again promises drama, emotion, and history. Reigning Indy 500 winner Álex Palou returns to Indianapolis aiming to defend his crown and confirm his status as one of the most complete drivers in modern IndyCar.
All eyes will also be on Pato O’Ward, whose Indy 500 story remains one of near-misses and heartbreak, having come close to victory on multiple occasions but still searching for that defining win.
Behind the established stars, a new wave of emerging talent in 2026 is adding even more unpredictability to the grid, increasing the pressure on the favourites at the Brickyard. Will Alex Palou defend or will the Speedway crown a new king?
